A prepayment of 50% of the total amount is required within the deadline specified in the written correspondence or phone call. The remaining balance of the entire reservation is payable at the hotel on the day of check-in.
If payment is not made within the specified period, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation 10 days before check-in, the full amount of the deposit will be refunded.
In case of cancellation 3 days before the check-in date, 10% of the paid deposit will be withheld.
In case of cancellation on the day of check-in, 100% of the paid deposit will be withheld.
